BAB I
PENDAHULUAN
1.    Latar Belakang
Manusia sebagai makhluk Allah SWT yang diberi kesempurnaan dibandingkan dengan makhluk Allah SWT lainnya. Oleh karena itu dengan kesempurnaannya manusia harus taat dan tunduk kepada sang Kholiq. Manusia diciptakan Allah SWT sebagai kholifah di bumi ini tidak lain hanya untuk menyembah Allah SWT.
Makalah ini akan membahas tentang kebahagiaan dan kesengsaraan manusia tergantung amal mereka di dunia yang terdapat dalam QS Al-An’am ayat 165.

 Untuk menambah wawasan bagi para Mahasiswa dalam memahami Ayat-ayat Al-Quran khususnya QS Al-An’am 165.





BAB II
PEMBAHASAN
1.    Bunyi Ayat Dan Terjemahannya
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
وَهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَكُمْ خَلَائِفَ الْاَرْضِ وَرَفَعَ بَعْضَكُمْ فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ دَرَجَاتٍ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ فِي مَا أَتَاكُمْ اِنَّ رَبَّكَ سَرِيْعُ الْعِقَابِ وَاِنَّهُ لَغَفُوْرٌ رَحِيْمٌ. (اَلْاَنْعَامْ : 165)
 “Dan Dia yang menjadikan kamu kholifah-kholifah d bumi dan meninggikan sebagaian kamu atas sebagaian (yang lain) beberapa derajat, untuk menguji kamu melalui apa yang diberikan-Nya kepada kamu. Sesungguhnya Tuhanmu amat cepat siksa-Nya, dan sesungguhnya Dia Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang.” (Q.S Al-An’am, Ayat; 165)
2.    Tafsir Mufradat
وَهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَكُمْ خَلَائِفَ الْاَرْضِ (Dan di samping Allah SWT. Tuhan pemelihara segala sesuatu Dia juga yang menjadikan kamu kholifah-kholifah di bumi,) yakni pengganti umat-umat yang lalu dalam mengembangkan alam, خَلَائِفَ-Al-Kholaif : Jamak dari خليفة  Kholiifah, Artinya, orang yang menggantikan orang lain sebelumnya, mengenai tempat, pekerjaan atau kerajaannya.
وَرَفَعَ (dan Dia meninggikan ) derajat akal, ilmu, harta, kedudukan sosial, kekuatan jasmani dan lain-lain,
بَعْضَكُمْ فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ دَرَجَاتٍ (sebagian kamu atas sebagian yang lain beberapa derajat.) itu semua,
 لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ فِي مَا أَتَاكُم (untuk menguji kamu melalui apa yang dianugrahkan-Nya kepada kamu.)
 اِنَّ رَبَّكَ (sesungguhnya Tuhanmu,) wahai Nabi Muhammad SAW.-bukan tuhan-tuhan yang mereka sembah,
سَرِيْعُ الْعِقَابِ (amat cepat siksa-Nya), karena Dia tidak mmbutuhkan waktu, alat tidak pula disibukkan oleh satu aktivitas untuk menyelesaikan aktivitas yang lain,
وَاِنَّهُ لَغَفُوْرٌ رَحِيْمٌ (dan sesungguhnya Dia Maha Pengampun bagi yang tulus bertaubat lagi sungguh Maha Penyayang, bagi hamba-hamba yang taat.)

3.    Isi Kandungan Ayat (Q.S Al-An’am 165)
Sebagai penutup dari surat al-An’am, allah Mengingatkan, bahwa Allah telah menjadikan kalian sebagai penguasa di atas bumi, yang telah menggantikan umat dan masyarakat yang sebelummu, juga Allah telah mengangkat sebagaian dari kamu beberapa derajat, tingkat dari yang lain, kekuasaan dan ketinggian derajat itu tidak lain Allah akan menguji kalian, bagaimana menerima, mempergunakan dan mensyukuri pemberian Tuhanmu itu.
Sesungguhnya Tuhanmu, Dia adalah Tuhan Segala sesuatu. Dialah yang menjadikan kamu kholifah-kholifah di muka bumi ini setelah lewat umat terdahulu, yang dalam perjalanan mereka terdapat pelajaran bagi orang yang ingat dan memperhatikan. Demikian pula Dia telah mengangkat sebagian kamu atas sebagian lainnya tentang kekayaan, kekafiran, kekuatan, kelemahan, ilmu, kebodohan, agar Dia menguji kalian tentang apa yang Dia berikan kepadamu. Artinya supaya dia memperlakukan kamu sebagai penguji terhadapmu pada semua itu lalu dia berikan balasan atas amalmu. Sebab telah menjadi sunah-Nya bahwa kebahagiaan manusia secara individual maupun kelompok di dunia maupun di akhirat, atau kesengsaraan mereka di dunia dan akhirat, tergantung pada amal dan tindakan mereka. 
Maha suci Allah, Dia yang menghidangkan sesuatu yang serupa antar sesama manusia. Anda berbicara dan bekerja dalam bentuk dan cara yang Anda kehendaki. Tetapi sadarkah Anda ketika tertawa bahwa Allah SWT, yang menjadikan Anda tertawa? Ketika anda hendak berbasi-basi dengan seseorang, lalu Anda tertawa padanya, Anda temukan tawa Anda dibuat-buat. Allah menjelaskan kepada Anda bahwa kendali alam raya di tangan-Ku. Sungguhnya kehendak anda pada sebagian diri anda dan pada indera-indera anda, sehingga dia bereaksi-wahai manusia-adalah anugerah untuk anda dari Allah Yang Maha Penganugerah, lagi Berkehendak itu.
Untuk membuktikan bahwa bukan manusia yang melakukan reaksi itu, Allah sekali lagi menjelaskan, “Dia meninggikan sebagian kamu dari sebagian (yang lain) beberapa derajat.” Yakni karena adanya kekhalifahan itu kita menjadi tidak sama, kita menjadi berbeda.
Dia Yang Maha Kuasa itu berkehendak agar kita saling melengkapi dalam bakat dan kesempurnaan, karena kalau manusia semua persis sama dalam bentuk yang berulang-ulang, maka kehidupan akan binasa, sebab kebutuhan hidup manusia beragam .
  Ayat ini ditutup dengan menyebut satu sifat Allah yang berkaitan dengan siksa-Nya, yaitu amat cepat siksa-Nya, terhadap orang-orang musyrik, namun tetap Maha Pengampun terhadap orang-orang mu’min yang mau bertaubat, dan Maha Pengasih terhadap Orang-orang mu’min yang baik.sebab rahmat Allah melebihi murka-Nya dan meliputi segala sesuatu. Oleh karena itu Dia menjadikan balasan atas kebaikan sampai kali lipat. Bahkan lebih dari itu, terkadang melipat gandakan pahala kebaikan berlipat kali banyaknya bagi prang yang Dia hendaki. Namun, balasan atas keburukan Dia jadikan hanya berupa keburukan semisalnya, dan Dia mengampuni orang yang bertaubat dari keburukan tersebut. Sesungguhnya Allah sebaik-baik pemimpin dan sebaik-baik pemberi pertolongan.
Ini sebagai isyarat tentang limpahan kasih sayang-Nya, guna meninggalkan kaum mukminin sekaligus mengundang yang durhaka untuk meninggalkan kedurhakaan dan datang memohon ampunan dan rahmat-Nya.
 Dengan Demikian, bertemunya awal surah dengan akhirnya. Pada akhir surah dinyatakan bahwa Dia yang menjadiakan kamu khalifah-khalifah, ini bertemu dengan firman-Nya pada awal surah ini; “Dia yang menciptakan kamu dari tanah” (QS al-An’am ; 2), karena tujuan penciptaan itu adalah agar manusia menjadi khalifah . Wa Allahu a’lam, wa al-hamdulillah Rabbil ‘alamin.




















BAB III
KESIMPULAN
Diatas telah dijelaskan makna dan isi kandungan Q.S Al-An’an : 165. Penulis dapat menyimpulkan beberapa kesimpulan antara lain:
Pada ayat ini Allah menegaskan, bahwa Dialah yang menjadikan manusia penguasa-penguasa di bumi ini untuk mengatur dan Dia pulalah yang meninggikan derajat sebagian dari mereka dari sebagian lainnya, semua itu adalah menurut sunah Allah untuk menguji mereka masing-masing apa yang diberikan Tuhan kepadanya. Dialah yang menjadikan kamu kholifah-kholifah di muka bumi ini setelah lewat umat terdahulu, yang dalam perjalanan mereka terdapat pelajaran bagi orang yang ingat dan memperhatikan.
Mereka akan mendapat balasan dari ujian itu, baik di dunia maupun di akhirat. Penguasa-penguasa diuji keadilan dan kejujurannya, si kaya diuji bagaimana dia membelanjakan hartanya, si miskin dan si penderita diuji kesabarannya. Oleh karena itu, manusia tidak boleh iri hati dan dengki terhadap pemberian Tuhan kepada seseorang, karena semua itu dari Allah dan semua pemberian-Nya adalah ujian bagi setiap orang, dan secara logikanya setiap orang yang menempuh ujian tentu ingin lulus dan berusaha untuk lulus.
